La spedizione è a mezzo corriere, il servizio standard garantisce la consegna entro 4-5 giorni lavorativi dal giorno di spedizione, il servizio express garantisce la consegna entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi dal giorno di spedizione.

È possibile rendere la merce entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna. Prima di procedere è comunque necessario inviare una mail all’ indirizzo info@botanicshop.it e ricevere l’autorizzazione al reso. Gli articoli non devono essere stati indossati. Devono inoltre essere provvisti di tutte le etichette originali e del packaging. In difetto non verrà effettuato alcun riaccredito dell’articolo reso. Il costo della spedizione del reso è interamente a carico del cliente. Il cliente potrà richiedere il ritiro della merce al nostro servizio clienti che fornirà le istruzioni per la spedizione. Il rimborso sarà corrisposto al netto delle spese di spedizione (15€ per spedizioni standard, 18€ per le spedizioni express). Il cliente potrà altresì spedire la merce a proprie spese tramite l’utilizzo di corriere (DHL, FedEx, UPS…) con spedizione tracciata

International Shipping

International shipping is available for the main European countries. The cost is 22,00€-29,00€-32,00€ depending on the destination country

The products will be sent by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during normal business hours excluding public holidays.

Returns

Purchases made on botanicshop.it site are governed by these general conditions and by the regulations referred to in section ' acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale '.Within the meaning of arts. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (' the consumer code '), the consumer (a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, without specifying a VAT reference) shall be entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation to the conditions below.For the exercise of this right, the customer must send a notice within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods to the address info@botanicshop.it indicating name, address, product detail (code)Then the customer must send back the product within ten working days from the date of receipt.In no event the withdrawal shall be valid without the prior notice of it.The customer is responsible for any matter pertaining to the products until they are received by BOTANIC. The cost of the refund shall not be refunded unless the item received by the customer was at the same posted by mistake, or has been delivered damaged.The integrity of the property to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. It is sufficient that the goods are returned in perfect condition and complete with labels and packaging. Botanic will not accept returned articles worn or without labels and packaging or showing obvious signs of previous use.Failure to return the goods within the period prescribed implies the disqualification from the right of withdrawal.Shipping cost, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable under any circumstances.Once verified the integrity of the returned product and the respect of the procedures, BOTANIC will refund the customer the amount paid for each product for which was exercised his right of withdrawal.The reimbursement shall take place not later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the above-mentioned products. BOTANIC will refund the full value of the order or the value of individual products returned in case of partial withdrawal by bank transfer or by other modes specifically agreed with customer.It should be noted that, in accordance with the existing legislation on the matter, BOTANIC will refund the customer the latter sums paid for the returned products excluding the costs necessary to return the same.
